Questions buyers ask

Clear questions. Independent advice. A decision made with confidence.

Who owns the island, and can I see the title?

The island is owned by our company and registered with the Lands Commission. Title documents and all legal checks can be arranged once you confirm your interest in purchasing your allocation. All sales are subject to contract — obtain independent legal advice before committing.

Is the land family or stool land, and have the consents been given?

All consents have been provided. This can be checked through the legal checks once you have confirmed your interest in purchasing your allocation.

How far is it from Accra, and how does the boat crossing work?

The island is at Vume in the Volta Region and reached by boat. The landing point, road journey, crossing time and cost are awaiting confirmation. Request a viewing to discuss your party’s travel arrangements.

What is already built, and what condition is it in?

Some plots are described as built and others unbuilt in the project brief. A verified plot schedule, current photographs and condition assessment are still required. Inspect existing buildings at your viewing.

What can we build, and what permits are needed near the lake?

All proposed uses depend on planning and lakeside approvals. Your lawyer and qualified consultants must confirm the permitted uses and required consents. Concept images do not grant permission to build.

Can we buy the full island?

Yes — the whole island of 30 plots is available for purchase as a single acquisition. Interest in the full island is agreed through the lawyer, subject to contract.

Can several churches own plots side by side?

The vision allows interest in one plot, several plots or the whole island. Shared ownership arrangements, access rights and services must be agreed through the lawyer.

What are the prices and payment terms?

Prices are on request until the plot schedule and terms are approved. All sales are subject to contract. No online holding deposits are currently accepted.

Who builds the phases, and can you recommend contractors?

The land is sold as plots. Buyers fund and build their own development. Contractor recommendations and proposed timing can be discussed after scope and approvals are confirmed.
